Shipping times
The expected delivery times are 5 working days from the date of order shipment. For the payment by bank transfer, the delivery time will start from the date of receipt of payment, subject on the communication between banks and generally after approximately 2-3 working days.
It is also specified to the purchaser that the delivery of goods is scheduled on the ground floor.
In case of non-delivery on the scheduled day, the courier will have the obligation to inform the customer through a non-delivery note and to try again at the same time the following day.
Shipping fees
Shipping is available only for European Union (EU) countries and for free. For shipments to countries outside the EU, kindly contact us at info@eyerelax.eu
Revocation
Due to the nature of the good article 59 of the Consumer Code prohibits the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal if the package containing the single-dose sachets has been opened, thus altering the hygiene regulations.
In the event that the container of single-dose sachets has not been opened and the consumer decides to apply the right of withdrawal as specified in Article 57 of the Consumer Code, he will have to pay the shipping costs for the return. EYE RELAX reserves the right to make a refund, in relation to the method of payment utilized, once the returned product has been received and once it has been assured of its conditions which must be unaltered with respect to the moment of sale.
