The general conditions of sale published here govern the contract with the purchaser, through the electronic commerce modalities (e-commerce) within the eyerelax.eu website managed by PROMEIA SPA – C.so della Vittoria, 1585/1533 – 21042 Caronno Pertusella (VA) – VAT number 10430090158 – REA MI 1370577 – Share capital € 800.000 These conditions must be known to the purchaser before placing an order using the appropriate form and accepted.

Purchase of goods

For the purchase of goods on the website, the purchaser must send their order and make the payment, following the procedures indicated in the sections.

The steps to proceed with the purchase are specified below

  • The purchaser can view the characteristics of the product freely, including the price and images published for demonstration purposes only
  • The purchaser can select one or more products to be purchased by placing them in the “cart”. The content of the cart can be reached and consulted from all sections of the website, and here, all the necessary information including the price will be summarized before the actual order and payment
  • To make the purchase, the purchaser will have no way to register but must proceed following the directions proposed (payment method, courier for shipping, actual payment)
  • To complete the purchase, the purchaser will be asked to specify a shipping address and the data required for payment when ordering
  • The purchaser will be able to modify the chosen products and the data entered until the order is actually submitted, which will occur once the payment method has been confirmed
  • The purchaser can carry out the payment through Paypal, credit card (guaranteed by PayPal), or bank transfer. Detailed information on the payment methods can be found in the “Payment, shipping and return” section of the website.
  • Once the purchase order has been received, PROMEIA SPA will send to the purchaser’s e-mail address (provided during the insertion of the shipping address, before proceeding to the payment) the summary of the information relating to the order and will proceed with the fulfillment of it. The order will be considered accepted and concluded only when the purchaser receives the order confirmation at his e-mail address.

Rights and obligations

PROMEIA SPA will deliver the order to the address communicated by the purchaser through a specially appointed carrier. Detailed information on the timings, costs and shipping locations are available in the section “Shipping and delivery” of the website, as well as viewable during the finalization of the order.

PROMEIA SPA assumes no responsibility for any errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in completing the order form by the purchaser or to any damage to the products after delivery to the carrier or any delays in delivery dependent on the same carrier or from adverse weather conditions, or from other circumstances outside the control of PROMEIA SPA.

In the event that some products are no longer available, PROMEIA SPA will inform the purchaser by sending an e-mail to the address provided during the purchase. In this case, PROMEIA SPA will refund the amount by crediting the payment card or the current account of the purchaser in case of payment by bank transfer.

Upon delivery by the carrier in charge, the purchaser must check:

  • The packaging, which must be intact, not damaged even in the closing materials
  • The quantity and type, which must correspond to what is indicated in the transport document and the order. If the purchaser finds anomalies or inaccuracies, he must immediately inform the carrier at the time of delivery.

The purchaser is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the information provided to PROMEIA SPA and undertakes to communicate any variationof such data.

Conformity of products

PROMEIA SPA undertakes to provide description and/or images of products on the website as faithfully as possible. The multimedia contents are to be intended only as a demonstration, the quality of the images may depend on the visualization tools (pc, tablet, smartphone, tv) used by the purchaser and therefore cause inaccuracies.

In the event that the delivered product is ascertained as defective or different from the one ordered, PROMEIA SPA undertakes to provide the purchaser with a legal guarantee of conformity, to be exercised under the conditions and terms set forth in articles. n. 6 programmable relays outputs. 206/2005.   • In particular, the purchaser will have the right to request alternatively:
  • The delivery of a product identical to the one ordered, subject to availability on stock
  • The delivery of a product of equivalent quality and price, subject to availability on stock.

Reimbursement of the price of the product and related shipping costs.
